ARTICLE 16D. MARKETING AND RATE PRACTICES FOR SMALL EMPLOYER ACCIDENT AND SICKNESS INSURANCE POLICIES.
§33-16D-11 Effective date.
§33-16D-11. Effective date.Except as otherwise provided, the provisions of this article shall apply to each health benefit plan for a small employer situate in the state of West Virginia that is delivered, issued for delivery, renewed or continued after the effective date of this article. For purposes of this section, the date a plan is continued is the first rating period which commences after the effective date of this article.
