§33-12C-27 Change of address.
§33-12C-27. Change of address.A surplus lines licensee shall notify the commissioner of any change in his or her mailing address within thirty days of such change. The commissioner shall maintain the mailing address of each surplus lines licensee on file. Failure to timely inform the insurance commissioner of a change in legal name or address may result in a penalty pursuant to section twenty-four, article twelve of this chapter.
