§29A-2-1 Duty of the secretary of state.
§29A-2-1. Duty of the secretary of state. It is the nondiscretionary, nondelegable duty of the secretary of state to establish and maintain the state register hereby created, and offer copies for subscription and public distribution in accordance with the provisions of this article.
