§28-3-1a Transfer of boys from West Virginia industrial school for boys.
§28-3-1a. Transfer of boys from West Virginia industrial school
for boys.Boys, fourteen years of age and younger, may be transferred from the West Virginia industrial school for boys to the West Virginia industrial home for youth in accordance with section sixteen, article one, chapter twenty-five of this code: Provided, That nothing in the foregoing shall prevent the temporary transfer of any male youth for a period not to exceed thirty days for the purpose of testing, evaluation or diagnosis.
