§19-9-7 Commissioner may accept federal laws and regulations.
§19-9-7. Commissioner may accept federal laws and regulations. The commissioner shall have authority to accept on behalf of the state the laws, rules and regulations of the United States bureau of animal industry for the prevention, control and eradication of communicable diseases among animals and poultry.
