§19-9-38 Transportation of diseased animals.
§19-9-38. Transportation of diseased animals. It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly to drive, move or transport on, across or along any public highway, or in wagons or railroad cars or other vehicles, any animal infected with any communicable disease, except upon express permission in writing from the commissioner or his agents.
