§19-5-5 Offenses; penalty.
§19-5-5. Offenses; penalty. Any person, firm, organization or corporation, who shall violate any of the provisions of this article, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five nor more than five hundred dollars for each offense.
