§19-29-6 Waste disposal from an aquaculture facility.
§19-29-6. Waste disposal from an aquaculture facility.After consultation with the Department of Environmental Protection, the commissioner shall propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code, to include the disposal or application of waste produced from an aquaculture facility.
