§19-24-2a Reimbursement for compact committee official member.
§19-24-2a. Reimbursement for compact committee official member.The duly appointed and designated official state representative on the compact committee shall be reimbursed for all actual expenses and expenditures incurred and expended in the performance of his or her official duties as a compact committee member, notwithstanding any provision set forth to the contrary in article twenty-three of this chapter nor any provision set forth to the contrary in section eleven, article three, chapter twelve of this code or any rules promulgated pursuant thereto.
