§19-21-41 Penalty for obstructing drain or damaging drainage work.
§19-21-41. Penalty for obstructing drain or damaging drainage
work. Any person who shall obstruct a drain or damage drainage works constructed under the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined one hundred dollars, and he shall also be liable to the district for double the cost of removing such obstructions and repairing such damage.
