§19-20-6a. Authority of county commission to contract with
private society, other county or municipality for
the care and control of dogs and cats.In addition to the powers granted to county commissions by section six of this article, the county commission of each county may contract with or reimburse any private incorporated society or association, county commission or municipality for the care, maintenance, control or destruction of dogs and cats.
