§19-16A-9 Records of pesticide businesses.
§19-16A-9. Records of pesticide businesses.As a condition of obtaining or renewing a license, each pesticide business shall maintain such records as required by the rules promulgated hereunder. The commissioner may require a licensed pesticide business to submit records to his or her office and failure to submit requested records is grounds for revocation of a license.
