§19-1-8 Penalty for failure of assessor to perform duties.
§19-1-8. Penalty for failure of assessor to perform duties. Any assessor failing to perform any of the duties required of him in this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, fined not more than one hundred dollars.
