§18B-8-6 Additional employment by mutual agreement.
§18B-8-6. Additional employment by mutual agreement. Any employment for greater than a nine-month period, or any responsibilities in excess of full-time duties, shall be only by mutual agreement of the employee and the institutional president or other administrative head, or the designated representative, in accordance with rules of the appropriate governing board. The terms and conditions of any such agreement shall be in writing, signed by both parties, and shall state the maximum number of additional employment days or credit hours or their equivalent to be worked and the amount of compensation to be paid.
