§17E-1-24 Enforcement.
§17E-1-24. Enforcement.In addition to the officers of the West Virginia State Police, any police officer, or any inspector or weight enforcement officer of the Public Service Commission, Motor Carrier Division, and any special agent of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration may enforce the provisions of this article.
