ARTICLE 1. COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE.
§17E-1-17 Driving record information to be furnished.
§17E-1-17. Driving record information to be furnished.Subject to the provisions of article two-a, chapter seventeen-a of this code, the Commissioner shall furnish full information regarding the driving record of any person:
(a) To the driver license administrator of any other state or province or territory of Canada requesting that information;
(b) To any motor carrier employer or prospective motor carrier employer;
(c) To the United States Secretary of Transportation; and
(d) To the driver: Provided, That nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent an insurer from obtaining a standard driving record issued in accordance with section two, article two, chapter seventeen-d of this code.
