§17B-3-11 Mandatory revocation of license of certain blind persons.
§17B-3-11. Mandatory revocation of license of certain blind
persons. The department shall forthwith revoke the license of any operator or chauffeur upon receipt of certification by the commissioner of welfare that he is a blind person receiving public assistance or that his application for public assistance because of blindness has been approved by the state department of welfare.
