§17B-2-4 Persons prohibited from driving school buses or transporting persons or property for compensation.

§17B-2-4. Persons prohibited from driving school buses or transporting persons or property for compensation.

No person who is under the age of eighteen years and no person who has been convicted of an offense described in section two, article five, chapter seventeen-c of this code, and which conviction has become final shall drive any school bus transporting school children or any motor vehicle when in use for the transportation of persons or property for compensation nor in either event until such person has been licensed as a Class A, B, C or D driver for either such purpose and the license so indicates.
