§17B-2-15. Authority for rules.The commissioner may propose legislative rules for promulgation that are necessary to carry out the examination, license and endorsement provisions of this chapter and the provisions regarding motor vehicle registration in accordance with the provisions of article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code.
