§17B-2-11 Duplicate permits and licenses.
§17B-2-11. Duplicate permits and licenses.In the event that an instruction permit or driver's license issued under the provisions of this chapter is lost or destroyed, or if the information contained on the license has changed, the person to whom the permit or license was issued may upon making proper application and upon payment of a fee of five dollars obtain a duplicate thereof upon furnishing proof satisfactory to the division that the permit or license has been lost or destroyed.
