§17B-1C-3 Compact administrator.
§17B-1C-3. Compact administrator. The compact administrator, as provided for in Article VI, section one of this article, is the commissioner of the department of motor vehicles. The commissioner shall not be entitled to any additional compensation for service as administrator, but shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable and necessary expenses actually incurred in discharging the duties and responsibilities as administrator in the same manner as for other such expenses incurred in discharging any other duties or responsibilities of the department of motor vehicles.
