§16-7-9 Enforcement; disposition of penalties.
§16-7-9. Enforcement; disposition of penalties. The State department of health shall be charged with the enforcement of all the provisions of this act and all penalties which may be recovered shall be paid to the treasurer of the state of West Virginia general fund.
