§5-16-24a Paper transactions.
§5-16-24a. Paper transactions.The director may, by rule as authorized in section twenty-four of this article, establish a fee not to exceed $5 per transaction which the Public Employees Insurance Agency may charge to employers for performing business transactions with the agency by paper when the transaction could be performed electronically.
