§4-8-6. Continuation of the West Virginia Capitol Building
Commission.Pursuant to the provisions of article ten of this chapter, the West Virginia Capitol Building Commission shall continue to exist until the first day of July, two thousand nine, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished.
