§64-3-2. Oil and Gas Conservation Commission.The legislative rule filed in the state register on the twenty-eighth day of July, two thousand five, authorized under the authority of section five, article nine, chapter twenty-two-c, of this code, relating to the Department of Environmental Protection (rules of the Commission, 39 CSR 1), is authorized.
