2005 West Virginia Code - §60-3A-15. — Surrender of retail license.
§60-3A-15. Surrender of retail license.Any retail licensee may surrender a retail license to the commissioner at any time. The commissioner shall then proceed to reissue the retail license by following the bidding and other procedures set forth herein for the initial issuance of a retail license.
