2005 West Virginia Code - §48-14-504. — Violation of work release conditions.
§48-14-504. Violation of work release conditions.If an obligor is committed to jail under the provisions of paragraph (B), subdivision (5), of section 14-502 and violates the conditions of the court, the court may commit the person to the county or regional jail without the privilege provided under said paragraph (B) for the balance of the period of commitment imposed by the court.
