2005 West Virginia Code - §48-14-503. — Limitation on length of commitment.
§48-14-503. Limitation on length of commitment.(a) A commitment under subdivision (5) of section 14-502 shall not exceed forty-five days for the first adjudication of contempt or ninety days for any subsequent adjudication of contempt.
(b) An obligor committed under subdivision (5), of section 14-502 shall be released if the court has reasonable cause to believe that the obligor will comply with the court's orders.
