2005 West Virginia Code - §31D-8-807. — Resignation of directors.
§31D-8-807. Resignation of directors.(a) A director may resign at any time by delivering written notice to the board of directors, the chair of the board of directors or to the corporation.
(b) A resignation is effective when the notice is delivered unless the board of directors agree to a later effective date.
