2005 West Virginia Code - §15-1E-123. — Embezzlement.

§15-1E-123. Embezzlement.

Any person subject to this article who shall embezzle, misapply or convert to his own use, without authority, any moneys received by or entrusted to him for disbursement or articles of military equipment shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
