§15-12-6a. Release of information to the Sex Offender Registry.Upon the request of the West Virginia State Police, agencies in possession of records produced in conjunction with investigation, prosecution, adjudication, incarceration, probation, parole or presentence review of a sex offender and any other records produced in conjunction with a sex offense shall provide those records to the State Police.
