§3-4A-14. Election boards where electronic voting systems used.One receiving board, as defined in article one of this chapter, shall conduct the election in each precinct in which electronic voting systems are used. The provisions of article one of this chapter relating to the qualifications, appointment, substitution, training and compensation of election officers and to the procedure for filling vacancies shall apply.
