§3-4-3. Procedures for terminating use of voting machines.The county commission may discontinue the use of voting machines and replace them with a different voting system meeting the requirements of "The Help America Vote Act of 2002", 42 U.S.C. 15302, et seq., six months prior to a primary or general election by majority vote of the commission.
