2005 West Virginia Code - §3-4-29. — Use of voting machines in municipal elections.

§3-4-29. Use of voting machines in municipal elections.
The county court of any county which has adopted the use of voting machines is hereby authorized to make such machines available to any municipality in, or partly in, such county for use in elections conducted by such municipality, and the use of voting machines by such municipality shall be upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the county court and the municipality.
