43.220 Washington conservation corps.
43.220.170 Exemption from unemployment compensation coverage.


     *** CHANGE IN 2011 *** (SEE 1294-S.SL) ***

The services of corps members placed with agencies listed in RCW 43.220.020 are exempt from unemployment compensation coverage under *RCW 50.44.040(5) and the enrollees shall be so advised by the department.
