Title 48 - Insurance
Chapter 48.164 - Excess flood insurance -- Joint underwriting association.
48.164.018 - Report to legislature.

Report to legislature. (Expires December 31, 2016.)

The board and the commissioner shall report to the respective committees of the house of representatives and senate having jurisdiction over the insurance code by January 31, 2011, and each subsequent January 31st of each year that the association remains in existence.
