2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 70.47A.080: Small employer health insurance partnership program account.

The small employer health insurance partnership program account is hereby established in the custody of the state treasurer. Any nongeneral fund--state funds collected for the small employer health insurance partnership program shall be deposited in the small employer health insurance partnership program account. Moneys in the account shall be used exclusively for the purposes of administering the small employer health insurance partnership program, including payments to participating managed health care systems on behalf of small employer health insurance partnership enrollees. Only the administrator of the health care authority or his or her designee may authorize expenditures from the account. The account is subject to allotment procedures under chapter 43.88 RCW, but an appropriation is not required for expenditures.
