2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 15.65.610: Orders, rules of Washington utilities and transportation commission and interstate commerce commission not affected.

    Nothing in this chapter contained shall apply to any order, rule or regulation issued or issuable by the Washington utilities and transportation commission or the interstate commerce commission with respect to the operation of common carriers.
