2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 15.24.921: Severability — 2004 c 178.

    If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or part of this act is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional, the judicial decision does not affect the remainder of this act and its application to other persons or circumstances. The legislature declares that each section, subsection, sentence, clause, and part of this act was enacted with the intent that if any portion of this act is severed, the remainder of this act is capable of accomplishing its legislative purpose.
