§ 46.2-1983. Late model and factory repurchase franchises
VA Code § 46.2-1983 (2014) What's This?
Franchised late model or factory repurchase T&M vehicle dealers shall have the same rights and obligations as provided for franchised new T&M vehicle dealers in Article 7 (ยง 46.2-1973 et seq.) of this chapter, mutatis mutandis.
