§ 46.2-1966. Application for temporary license plate
VA Code § 46.2-1966 (2014) What's This?
No dealer shall issue a temporary license plate except on written application by the person entitled to receive the license plate, which application shall be forwarded by the dealer to the Department as provided in ยง 46.2-1943.
