§ 6.2-610. (Effective October 1, 2010) Transfers arising from right of survivorship nontestamentary.
Any transfers resulting from the application of § 6.2-608 are effective by reason of the account contracts involved and this article and are not to be considered as testamentary or subject to Chapter 3 (§ 64.1-45 et seq.) of Title 64.1.
