51.5-28 - Participation by clients in cost of services.
§ 51.5-28. Participation by clients in cost of services.
The Commissioner shall establish written standards for determining the extent to which a client shall be financially responsible for the cost of services funded in whole or in part by the Department. Each public or private agency awarded a grant or contract in accordance with § 51.5-23 shall utilize the Commissioner's regulations to maximize the financial participation of persons receiving services.
