46.2-2821 - Report of conviction or injunction to Board; revocation or suspension of license or registration.
ยง 46.2-2821. Report of conviction or injunction to Board; revocation or suspension of license or registration.
It shall be the duty of any person who is convicted of any violation of this chapter or enjoined from unlawfully engaging in towing and recovery services to report the same to the Board within 30 days. The Board may thereupon suspend or revoke any license or registration held by the person so convicted or enjoined. Any person who fails to report such conviction to the Board within 30 days shall be subject to a fine assessed by the Board not to exceed $1,000.
