19.2-380 - Trial of issues of fact.

§ 19.2-380. Trial of issues of fact.

When the case is ready for trial, such issues of fact as are made by the pleadings, or as the court may direct, shall be tried by a jury, unless a trial by jury be dispensed with by consent of parties, in which case, the court shall determine the whole matter of law and fact.
