46.2-1253. Providing a disabled parking license plate or placard; penalty.
A. Any person who knowingly provides to another person, without sale orexchange of consideration, any valid, altered, or counterfeit disabledparking license plate, DV disabled parking license plate which has beenissued under subsection B of 46.2-739, permanent removable windshieldplacard, temporary removable windshield placard, or organizational removablewindshield placard, shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
B. The local governing body of any county, city, or town may by ordinanceincorporate this provision by reference.
