38.2-311. Type size in which conditions and restrictions to be printed.

Except as otherwise provided in this title, no restriction, condition orprovision in or endorsed on any insurance policy shall be valid unless thecondition or provision is printed in type as large as eight point type, or iswritten in ink or typewritten in or on the policy. This section shall notapply to a copy of an application or parts thereof, attached to or made partof an insurance policy.
