15.2-724. Choice of powers where sanitary district involved.
Any county which has a sanitary district which includes the entire county,may exercise all of the powers granted to the sanitary district in the nameof the county or in the name of the sanitary district, or both. If the boardelects to exercise any of the powers of the sanitary district, it may expendfunds from unrestricted county revenue sources, or from bonds issued pursuantto the Public Finance Act (Chapter 25 ( 15.2-2500 et seq.) of this title),or from restricted use funds, as appropriate to exercise the powers grantedthe sanitary district.
