2006 Code of Virginia § 13.1-1053 - Issuance of registration

13.1-1053. Issuance of registration.

A. If the Commission finds that an application for registration conforms tothe provisions of this article and all required fees have been paid, it shall:

1. File in its office the application; and

2. Issue a certificate of registration to transact business in thisCommonwealth.

B. The certificate of registration shall be mailed to the person who filedthe application or his representative.
