§ 5206. Maintaining notice one year TITLE 10 Conservation and Development PART IV Fish and Wildlife Conservation CHAPTER 119. PRIVATE PRESERVES, PROPAGATION FARMS, PRIVATE PONDS, REFUGES, AND SHOOTING GROUNDS
§ 5206. Maintaining notice one year
A person shall not maintain a notice prohibiting fishing for more than one year after such waters were last stocked. (Added 1961, No. 119, § 1, eff. May 9, 1961.)
